While Aaron Hernandez continues to be caught up in some legal issues, the Patriots tight end’s endorsers have let it be known that they are well aware of what’s going on.

“Because the investigation is ongoing, CytoSport will not comment on Aaron Hernandez and his situation at this time. We will continue to monitor it closely,” a company spokesperson released to FOXSports.com first.

Cytosport, who is the maker of Muscle Milk, signed Hernandez before the start of the 2012 season. This video shows Hernandez working out in Los Angeles last offseason. He also talks about starting a family and how big of a factor having a baby daughter had on his life.

The fourth-year tight end is also endorsed by PUMA, who replied in an email to FOXSports.com saying: “We are aware of the situation and have no comment at this time.”

Hernandez just inked this deal in April and agreed to a two-year partnership.

At the time, Hernandez had this to say about the Sportlifestyle company that develops footwear, apparel and accessories.

“I’m very excited to be working with PUMA, I have admired the brand for many years and it really fits my overall lifestyle,” said Aaron Hernandez. “Most people know me for what I do on the football field, but I have to train hard behind the scenes and PUMA helps me to perform at my highest level and look my best.”
